we are going to stay in san diego the 1st week of march '07. any good hotel in downtown close to the port? also what # bus comes from airport to downtown?pl.help.thanks,

I would recommend this Marriott to you, http://marriott.com/property/propertypage/sandt it's walking distance to the gas lamp district, (although you may want a cab back) and on a marina. As for the flight, hard to believe you didn't get a pre or post cruise package that included flights and hotels. Expedia can help you with that.

we have stayed in the Holiday Inn which is literally a stone's throw away from the port. It was adequate and well-priced - got it on hotwire.com. You may want to stay closer to the gaslamp quarter in downtown. All the restaurants and shops are located there. If you want a hip, trendy hotel, try the W.

Well i take AeroMexico Airlines To mexico. Its reasonable Prices and it has Tv with movies and radio and food. No other coach class has this other than american airlines, but AA cost too much...
