cheapest time of year to go to Hawaii???

I have airline and hotel credit that I want to use for a trip to Hawaii. However, I want to be able to use my credits and not have to pay out of pocket. So when is the cheapest time of year to go to Hawaii? I'd like to be able to lay on the beach and go in the water too... also, is Honolulu going to be the cheapest location to fly into? I'd go anywhere, so it doesn't matter. any tips are appreciated! Thanks!!

CALL some travel agents and ask questions. But book it your self or directly with place you want to stay.Have fun.
