Default Cheap central hotel in Paris?

I will be traveling with my husband and two dogs to Paris from Germany (by car) from Nov.22-25. We are looking for a cheap hotel / B&B that allows dogs and parking which is also central to many of the Paris attractions and sights to see....hoping for under 60 euro...

You are bringing your dog? Ugh that is going to be tough. There is a fabulously cheap hotel just outside the highway. Metro is Liberte or Charenton. Hotel: http://www.citea.com/hotel/fr/Apparthotel/13/9/Description/Citea-Paris-Porte-de--160-Charenton.htmlI think rates are from 65Euro and the rooms have a kitchenetter in them - there is a grocery store about 7 minute walk away so you can make some meals and save a lot of money. You can also get cheap wine at the grocery store. There is a bakery on the same block for fresh bread for breakfast. The hotel offers 7E breakfast too i believe.Have an amazing time! I really loved Paris even though I never had a desire to go there

The Hôtel Tiquetonne at 6 rue Tiquetonne in the 2nd arr. is one of the only central Paris hotels you will find that run less than 60 euros a night for a double. I understand that they will accept some pets. I suggest you call in advance and ask them. If you don't speak French it would be a good idea to have someone who is fluent make the call for you since not all staff members have good English language skills. The number is 01-42-36-94-58 and there is also a fax 01-42-36-02-94. Driving into Paris isn't the best idea since traffic is horrendous and parking is very, very difficult in the city center.
