I have been battling with Travelocity for over a year attempting to rectify a problem they created. Their solution was to offer me a discount voucher but when I tried to redeem it I found it had so many restrictions as to be practically useless.
Their seeming insensitivity and inability to address my complaint has prompted me to warn as many travellers as possible to avoid them and utilize other services for their travel needs.
