Last June I booked a Car Rental, 1 Week at Resort and a Tour from a Company for my September Vacation with my family, through Pastor International Marketing, S.A. de C.V (PIMSA), They are located in Cancun, so the guy spoke broken English. When we arrived there was no Car Rental waiting at the Airport, the room at the Resort was wrong and the Tour didn't ever happen. I called their office and a rude person that said she didn't speak English kept screaming that her boss was not there and hanging up on me. My family and I were very dissapointed in this Company. I ask the bellboy about them and he told me that they were a Fake company with websites for Car Rentals, and no cars, Tours that they sell do not happen and they sell the expensive room but reserve the cheap room for the tourist. He also told me that this is common with this Company they have many websites but they are not real, they do this often. My question is, How can a Company this bad stay in business in Cancun?I paid with a credit card and it is past the time to dispute the charge, so I did contact my attorney that called an attorney in Cancun to investigate.

did you try the Police, cancun does not like peed off tourists as it screws up the industry for tehm.good luck,Neil.

There is no way to fight it. Why would you even do it online before you got here? The conceirge at the resort is the way to book your tours. Most of the hotels are hooked up with ZIPP Car Rental in Cancun and you can rent your car right there at the resort. There is also a Budget rental car at the airport in Cancun. Remember.....this is Mexico....and just like everywhere else.....there are scams going on......just easier to get away with here. Always rely on your resort when traveling to a foreign country.....they will take care of everything when you get there and it is much safer.

Sorry to hear about your horrible experiences with PIMSA. I would suggest that you do follow this up, any way that you can, because that way hopefully the Authorities and indeed the Cancun Hotel Association should get to grips with them and put them out of business. If you still have the correspondence, receipts and anything else from them then I would suggest sending a copy to your Lawyer and fight these people all the way. Cancun is a wonderful destination, it's a pity that there are people here that take advantage of Tourists in that way. I would also suggest giving that Company some good publicity (If you know what I mean) on Trip Advisor and any other Cancun Forum that you can find... Put them in the Spotlight, so that they disappear FOREVER.
