Default What's wrong with this car?

I just bought a brand new chrysler 300 touring 07 on Nov. 27th. It doesn't start when the weather is cold. So the car is in the shop since last Sat. The service guys can't figure out what's going on with it. I am so frustrated. I am making the payment of a brand new chrysler and driving a cheap rental. This is not the problem that frustrates me but the worry of such an unreliable car. And, anybody knows how to get hold of the executives of Chrysler? because when I call the 1-800 number, I get this receptionist who has no ethics and tells me she doesn't have any numbers for me? and i am not qualified for lemon law yet.K...guys..thanks a bunch for your two cents...got my car back...turned out the computer was bad...

omg that's terrible...i never buy american cars.....i go for japanese and european cars.....also, each state has separate lemon laws....google it....

I think the car has to be in the shop 3 times in the first 6 months of ownership to qualify for the lemon law. btw, I would have the computer swapped out on the car.

Keep on Chrysler about it! Talk to anyone and everyone you can, most will not give you a lot of answers till you bother them a whole lot, unfortunately the 300 is not as luxurious as they make it out to be, I leased one put it this way I am glad I leased not bought it...

Never EVER EVER EVER EVER buy a chrysler car.That is whats wrong. Whenever I see a new car on the side of the road broke down, its usually one of those chryslers. Stick with toyotas or hondas and you will never EVER EVER EVER EVER see the inside of a repair shop.Good Luck, you're going to need it

Its a Chysler. Sorry but these cars are not good. I have a Sebring convertible and I will never ever buy another one.

My mom has a chrysler 300 touring as well , she has problems with it occasionally and she just really had to put a foot in somebodies you know what for them to fix it the way she wants it.....u have to be really really agressive to get people to move on doing things for you....they all know her by name at the service center...... I'm sorry though for all your going through

Ask the dealer for the phone number of the Lemon Law. This will get you a person from Chrysler to take car of you're problem.
