Default Has anyone been able to post a negative hotel review on www.Orbitz.com?

Back in February I got a room at Courtyard by Marriott thru Orbitz. Hotel visit was disappointing. When I tried to post a negative review of the hotel on Orbitz I was told I was not allowed. I complained to Orbitz and they said they were sorry and to tell them what was wrong with the hotel. I did. But Orbitz did not post my review. After waiting 3 weeks, I contacted them again - same exact process.Waited 2 more weeks, same exact process. This is a business tactic called "stonewalling". You smile, nod your head in agreement with the customer, but then do nothing to resolve the issue.I checked another website and found the same room for $79 which is a lot (30%) cheaper than Orbitz's "low price" of $109. When I asked Orbitz about this, they said not every room is covered by the "low price guarantee".?:1 - Anybody else have a similar problem with Orbitz?2 - How to get Orbitz to react to my complaint (I'm normally very succesful with corporate complaints)

Yes, I have. I stayed at the Pfister here in my city for an event that was taking place, and a group of us had to be together so we could get on the Coach bus at once and be on our way. The service was horrible, the food was bad, and the room had a funny smell. I complained about it, and they basically did nothing. I had booked the hotel through Orbitz becuase it got me a cheaper price, but I wasn't able to post my review either. I'm sure it's keeping people from posting negative things because it doesn't want its number of hits to decrease or people to stop using it.

Post your complaints on traveladvisor.com, In the future contact a 'no fee' travel agent for your bookings, you'll get better results.
