do you use websites that conbine all your trip needs into one package like hotwire.com? Or websites that are specific to your needs like hotels.com or southwest.com? Or do you just straight up call places?

Nope...Usually i'll call up the places unless it is like ordering a plane ticket then i will order that online

Call places. I can find better deals than the stuff websites offer.

Always use a travel agent...they have all the hidden answers that you wont find online...such as...In Jamaica, the taxi's from montego bay to negril are $100.00 pp one way...you wont find answers like that in online sites....

If you use a site that combines everything you will pay much more than purchasing certain things individually.We recently booked a cruise, then paid separately for our airline tickets. (We have to fly to where the ship leaves from)We saved about $190.00 doing it like that.If you use a travel agent you will also pay more, as they work on commission and the price is padded.

yes, i usually use a site that combines all my needs into one package. either yahoo travel or travelocity. i have also used a travel agent.

just straight up & call places as its most likely and get better deals there and more choice and the reality.
