does every job have a paid vacation? the simple answer is no...you should definitely have had this information before you left on vacation and certainly now that you're back, you should ask your boss for the company's policy and procedure handbook (if available) and/or talk to your HR dept. about the company's benefits program....the more you know...and who knows, perhaps you do have some legal recourse, assuming you provided advance notice of your vacation and returned to work as expected... |
