I am to travel for a WISA conference taking place in Zambia but they say I need to be in Juanisborg air port south africa to pick up my traveling tickey for Zambia that's why I need a ransit visa.

go to the nearest Nigerian Church in your area for prayers today and you may get a 419 visa before tomorrow.

You left it too late. You will not be able to get one so quick. Go to the South African embassy in Cameroon and hear what they have to say. You should be able to transfer to your flight in the transfer area of the airport at Johannesburg to Zambia without a transit visa, unless you plan to leave the airport and enter South Africa.
