Default I am going to be creating a website and I need to know of a good website developer.?

I am making this website to promote clubs, bars and other attractions for spring break in a beach town. I will have a lot of pictures and will need alot of pages. I want it to look 100% professional and not look like some cheap website. When people go to it I want them to think it is the real deal.thanks so much!!

macromedia mxuse flash if u know...it will definity professinal..or deamweaver if not..

Developer as in person or developer as in HTML editor?e.g.: http://toddlibby.netAs far as a person, I recommend a few, as far as an editor, I recommend Notepad++ or Aptana.
