I'm leaving this Thursday and wanted to get some information about being onboard. I am 20 so I want to find out if I won't be allowed in the nightclubs on the ship.. I imagine I would be being that we're out in the water but you never know. I just want to be prepared to have something else planned if I can't get on. I have already found information on the places and what they look like and things like that, but I want some more specifics. Im boarding Nov 29th in Miami, FL then going to Key West, then Calica Mexico, and then back to Miami on the 3rd. Please help.do I need my birth certificate? or can I just use my ss card and ID?

You will not be able to purchase alcohol until you are 21. Cruise ships based in the US are bound by federal law (you can thank homeland security for that one). You will be able to get into the disco, but will not be able to use your card to buy any drinks.You will be able to buy drinks off the ship in Mexico, but not when you return on boardThe Imagination has just come out of dry dock. I havent seen it yet, but apparently there have been alot of changes made to the interior and it is very well done.Edit** You will need a passport to board the ship. Once on board you can just use your s&s card and drivers license to get on and off in the ports of call
