I have never been on a cruise YET. My husband and I are going on a cruise around Hawaii over Christmas. We used Norwegian Cruise Line. They have a helpful web site and the customer service we have experience has been great.

It depends on what you like, Im only 14 so if your an adult i might have different preferances. I went with my parents and brother to mexico and the bahamas on royal caribbean and it was soo much fun, its very family oriented. We all had a blast! Last summer my grandmother and i too a 2 week trip to alaska (1 week ship, 1 week land) on the Diamond Princess. It was very elegant, but loads of fun. There was about 115 kids on the ship out of 3000 people. I still thought it was fun, i never went to the kids club, but i hung out with my grandma and we jogged, went to the spa, ATE, and played ping pong lol. Oh yeah we also swam in 40 degree weather, because they have 1 glass dome covered pool, and like 3 other ones. They also have a hottub in the very back of the ship which was relaxing, because theres not usually people back there.

I have been on RC, NCL, Princess and Celebrity, but not Carnival. My favorite is RC because in my opinion they have the best ships, food, service and plus I get great discounts from them as a frequent cruiser with them. I also like Celebrity and Princess and think Princess has some of the best ships of any line. Carnival is the budget and party cruise line for young folks and most people who go on their ships, especially those who have not done any other line, say they love Carnival. I love to have fun on ship but prefer things a little more reserved and quieter. And as far as I am concerned RC has the better food.I have been on many NCL cruises; just completed one a couple weeks ago. But I just do not like their freestyle cruising and do not plan to evre go on their line again. I think with the freestyle cruising NCL had moved down a notch closer to Carnival now.

It depends on how old u r. If your an adult who likes to party, take the Carnival. If your going with your family, take the Royal Carribean. If you like to relax but, still have a good time. Take the princess. The Norwegian Cruise line is mostly none for free style cruising, which means, that there are no set times or seating arrangements for meals, nor is formal attire required. So if you think you would like free style cruising, then Norwegian Cruise Line is the best for you.I perfer Royal Carribean because I like doing stuff with my family.

I have only been on royal caribbean and carnival, and prefer royal. Their ships are nicer, the service better, and they offer lots of activities.
