How long it will take reach teminal 4 from terminal 3 in JFK?

I am going to arrive at JFK T3 at 8.45am friday.(Delta Airlines flight) and need to go to JFK T4 for taking the 10:40am flight to Dubai.Iam travelling with my 24 months old kid ,am taking stroller also .How long it will take to reach T4 from T3 ?I am confused about stroller ,is it agood idea to keep stroller?

Since the terminals are not that far apart, you should have enough time to connect. A lot of it depends on where your gate is. But assuming there are no major delays, you should be able to connect with time to spare. As for the stroller, it probably doesn't hurt to bring it along in case your child gets tired and doesn't want to walk.
