Can I file a small claim with the Fairfield, Ca Small Claims Court if the incident occured at the SF Airport?

The defendants will be Northwest airlines, Covenant Security and AIG Insurance Co.

The court would have to have jurisdiction over the parties. if they all operate their businesses in Fairfield, then yes. However if not, then you would have to go to SF county.

You would file in the county where the incident occurred.
