I've recently been discharged (honorably), from the Marine Corps. I've sort of had a tough time finding a decent job, but Northwest Airlines just posted a position for a luggage handler position. Can any of you give me some info on the job details, and if it's a good position to have? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.

First off...thank you for your service to our country..Did you check the job desp. with the vacancy..?You will be trained how to load and unload aircraft.You should also be trained in how to marshall in and out an aircraft and even how to use the push back eqp. if that is part of the job you are applying for.I believe it will be a union position but could be wrong.You would have a chance to move up into different areas as they become open.

why dont you try for the flight attendant position better pay more benifits alot of fun its a 4-6 week training and a life time of fun y dont you apply with expressjet ?
