I purchased a ticket on northwest airline and I have free miles. When I was buying the ticket online I enter the miles account number but still it doesn't show my discount and they charged me full price and when I call there 800 number she said you will get that discount in 48 hrs is that true. Are they going to charge me full price. Why it won't take discount off right away

to go directly to the bank is not going to be that in a negligence they clear your money to you or you they are going to discount it double

Because you bought it on line. The system won't allow giving discounts due to fraud and other potential problems.You would have gone to a travel agency in your town, you would have paid the discounted price, since it can be done thru Apollo or Sabre reservation system.

there going to try and get away with it, you have to keep tabs on them and keep calling until they adjust the charge, call again.
