It depends on the length of your flight and the aircraft used. They offer movies on flights that are three hours or longer, but I don't think that they have a personalized system where you can select different movies. The also offer video and audio on some shorter flights, but not all aircraft are equipped for this. Commuter aircraft don't offer any options.
