Unless you fly international, United is probably the worst on time performer. Continental and nouthwest seem to have people who actually care about your flight. American and Northwest probably have the worst planes. I mean, international, local routes all the planes I have been on of theirs are NOT comfortable. Given a choice I would probably go with Continential.

I would put Continental first, because I fly them frequently without problems, and then I would put United Airlines then American Airlines, and Delta goes next. After that I would put Northwest and US Airways last.
