OK, they charged me a late fee, but my payment was on time, so I said that I wouldn't pay the card until they deleted the late fee...Can they cancel my miles that I earned if I don't pay?

Potentially, Yes.A better way to resolve this would be to call them and just ASK that they remove the charge, since you've been such a good customer and have plenty of options of other cards to use but would like to remain a loyal use of the US Airways card.New customer acquisition costs far outweigh the costs of a late fee here or there. Try asking nicely. If the initial operator says no, ask for their boss. The cardmember agreement (that boring likely 6-8 page small typed flyer you got when you received your card) lists the rights of both sides. Unfortunately, US Airways Credit Card wrote the agreement, so who do YOU think it favors? About the only thing you can do is stop using their card. They can cause you MUCH more harm if you fail to pay - by dining your credit rating which can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars for years.Good luck. Hope this helps.
