Up to what size do seat belts accomodate large people on airlines? Specifically Boeing 737-300 & Airbus A320?

I have researched on the internet and all it gives me is the width of the seat. I want to know how big the seat belts are. I know I can buy seat belt extenders, but does the airline provide them? Does anyone know of some cheap extenders, or a site? I will be flying US Airways. Answers from people who have been through this will be much appreciated.

The airline should have extenders. Ask at the ticket counter, or you can stop a flight attendant when you board and tell him/her you need one. They can give you the belt they use for the safety & seat belt lecture after they're done.They've seen it all, so don't be embarrassed.

I can't tell you the size, but all airlines have extenders available on board, you won't need to provide your own. It's a law that you must have your seat belt securely fastened on take-offs and landings and all airlines carry extenders on board to make sure they comply and also for your safety. Have a good trip.

the seat belt should be comfortably use by large people up to 200lbs.. if you are not comfortable wit it, you can asked the F/A for the extender seat belt, they will provided it to you on request..
