Thai airlines are one the BEST airline I have been on. But last time I had this big problem.

I had to fly from India to Bangkok, and I had my ticket confirmed. When I reached minutes before the counter closed, they said my tickets has been rejected and some one else has been booked on my seats.

I was furious and talked to the incharge. She said the reason for that is I was little late and someone under "standing" or "waiting Lists" Got in time and got my seat.

Anyways,they kept me in a nice hotel for 2 days and I flew after ward.

I think the mentioned cases happened from time to time as with other airlines. Certain things could not be avoided. Consider Thai Airlines being generous although some other budget airline would not entertain such request.

yes, although I lost 2 days, but they were very generous to keep me in 4 Star Hotel. However, all people wont be understanding and clam as me. I just wonder how could that happen. I heard its all the case of commissions of some agents. I hope it wont happen again.
