Hassle in airports?

Why is it such a hassle and pain to get on a airplane,but in Greyhound or Amtrak station at most you show ID?I mean both bus and train station has security,but they usually won't bother you unless you give them a reason. While in a airport they can search your bags,your person or in some cases make you take off your shoes.Busses and trains can crash into buildings.any terrorist can hijack a train and cause it to crash and blow up. Look what happened in Spain and UK.

Because busses and trains haven't yet been taken over by the TSA, thus there is sanity in their security.

trains, buses don't crash into buildings killing thousands! Jeez....

Some people may be able to escape from bus or train accidents, but no one can survive in an aircraft accident. Btw, bus and train cost less than 1 aircraft. A B747 can hold up to 450 people and anything happens these people will die for sure. In a train, only a small amount of people will die of the disaster, since the train is very long. A bus can only hold up to 50-100 people depending on the size of the bus.
