Probably not. Unless you work somewhere that is very isolated or has a really high cost of living then they may have dorms... but you're not going to get a room.
Umm well it depends on what hotel you are working at. I have never heard of a hotel allowing you to live there just so you can clean. If you did get to live there i am sure they would have to work so arrgenments out. And also most of the time the people you live there are the people that run the front desk not the maids.
