Does anyone know of a clean, cheap (under $100 a night) hotel in NYC?
My friend and I are going to New York for 4 days. We are looking for a clean, cheap hotel in the NYC area (can be New Jersey if it's a decent area and the hotel is clean). I would prefer free or cheap parking and a subway station or bus line nearby. Please help!! Thanks so much!

in NYC, go to Queens, NOT Manhattan. There are many reasonably priced along Queens Boulevard after you cross the 59th Street (Queensboro) Bridge, all accessible to the E and F subway lines, which run into Manhattan.

Four Points Chealse (Chelsea sp?). Not sure if it's under $100 but it probably is. It's in Manhattan walking distance to Times Square. The room's are pretty small and not fancy at all if you don't mind that. It's walking distance to all the subway stations too. If you've never been to NY, I warn you that the subways are VERY confusing! Forget about parking, you're better off taking the subway and walking. Oh and the neighbor hood is questionable but safe enough if you're a guy.

Don't know. HOWEVER, why don't you go to google.com and type this "hotel in NEW YORK CITY under $100 for 4 days" (type it with the ") and if you want it to be more specific , just click on advanced search.HOPE YOU CAN FIND A HOTELHAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
I sorta agree with DragonPrince, it does depend on where you are going, and yes, go to Queens. But if you're still in doubt try looking for some Cheap New York Hotels online, it's really a big help. Actually, it's easier that way...lol
