$45.00 per day calculates out to $1350.00 per month. You could rent a very comfortable house or apartment for that amount. Why would you want to live in a motel?

Rooms are cheaper in the summer in Phoenix, however, I have stayed at the Motel 6 near Metro center at I-17 and Thunderbird for 45.99 as of last week.
