Default disney world dream vacation?

my fiancee and I are going on a vacation in August. We decided that We are going to go to orlando Florida and go to disney world and see some of the surrounding sights. Yes i know you all are thinking omg disney world?! why?! well it was something we both wanted to do as children and never were given the opportunity. So we are going to go have our dream vacation. We live in Ohio and we have totalled it up for the package of 5 nights at the hotel and at disney world it will be around $1500.00, this isnt a problem. we were actually expecting it to be more. So we are doing this and we were wondering if anyone has any advice about airline tickets? what wesite has tickets cheaper than most? any advice more than welcome. Also has anyone gone to disney world with their hunny or fiancee or anything like that as adults and had fun? thanks all

Try the "airline tickets" section of www.shopallstoresonline.com - they also have a great "theme park tickets" section were you can get tickets to Disney and other local theme park in and around Orlando... have a great trip!

Just got back yesterday. Yes, an adult couple can have an excellant time! Hubby & I would've been better off without the kid-hate to sound selfish but it can be too much walking for kids. Use Travelocity or Expedia. I have used them both on numerous occasions with great success. See about purchasing 5 day Park-Hopper tickets..this allows you unlimited entry to the parks without paying for each seperately(see the Disney internet site for more info)Also use the Fast-Pass option where ever possible. This allows you to get somewhat of a reservation to go straight to the front of the line(very helpful on some of the big attractions w/ 2+ hrs of line to wait thru. U can go do other stuff then come back and ride at your designated time..you'll see. Also, make use of all the free shuttles between parks-they are all spread out and taxi's are costly. Good Luck & Enjoy!

Default disney world dream vacation?

You two are going to have such an amazing time. My boyfriend and I have gone the past two summers in August. We love it so much! We book the expensive, all-inclusive packages and stay at Disney's Polynesian Resort and stay for a minimum of ten days. This past summer our trip cost nearly $10,000. It was so worth the money, I can't wait to go back this summer. There's so much for couples to do there. We have the most romantic time. We enjoyed fabulous dinners at a different restaurant each night. One night we went on a fireworks cruise. It was a lot of fun.If you'd like you can book your flights through the Walt Disney World website. We wanted to book our flights with JetBlue this past summer, though, because the flights are only a few hours and they're direct, so we bought them directly through JetBlue. I loved flying with them, so I don't think I'll fly with another company again. The service was excellent and it took less than three hours to get from Boston to Orlando.Hope I could help! Have a wonderful time!(Feel free to email me if you have ANY other question related to Walt Disney World. I go with my hunny and it's my favorite place to vacation, so I know all about it.)
