I need help with disney world (orlando) tickets and a hotel, what do you guys recommend? If you are only going for one day, you won't find much of a discount on tickets. Disney tickets get cheaper per day the more days that you buy. There is an authorized ticket dealer at http://www.mapleleaftickets.com where you could buy your tickets in advance to avoid standing in line.Disney has value properties on-site - if I were staying only one night, I would try to get one of those. They are the All-Stars and Pop Century hotels, which you can reserve at Disney's website or any of the big travel agency websites. Alternatively, you can try nearby Kissimee, Florida or International Drive in Orlando. Lots of cheap choices! Also, be sure you do a little research before you go to make the most of your one day. Do you realize that Disney World is made up of four separate theme parks, each of which you can spend a day or more in? You are probably thinking of the signature, original Disney World park, the Magic Kingdom. But you might want to check out the info on all the parks at http://www.allearsnet.com or a good guidebook to make sure that you pick the park that you will enjoy the most. |
