Default If you've been to Universal Studios FL,please answer some ?'s for me?

I am going to universal studios florida In september, i have been doing a lot of research on this and there are many many many websites that ive been to and i can not make up my mind on anything. My big question is, where do you get your tickets from, someone told me to go to Keith Prowse, so i did and they have a '4-Park Orlando FlexTicket' and that includes all 4 parks at anytime and its cheap, $113 per person. Im scared to get it and once i get to Orlando its something totally different and i wouldn't be able to do the whole park like i want to or whatever. Another thing is the hotels!! should i get a hotel that is with universal studios and get better deals on tickets or just get a hotel cheaper but close as well.If anyone has any good ideas on purchasing tickets, nice hotels, good resturaunts, ANYTHING!! please let me know! thanks!!Website to where i found the good deal on tickets:http://www.keithprowsetickets.com/tickets/slink.buy/s.all_orlando_flex/Orlando_FlexTicket%E2%8

I've heard of Keith Prowse Entertainment (altho haven't used their services) and they are very legit...that $113 is a very good deal ---- unlimited admissions to all 4 parks for 14 consecutive days! Go for it. It was also in the month of September that I visited Orlando in 2003. The weather is like in the mid-80s (not much change for me coz I'm from Houston) so bring casuals (tees/shorts/comfy shoes), okay?Re: Hotels --- so many good ones to choose from. Just get a 3-star hotel near Universal. Be sure to get one that offers free continental breakfast. Stuff some fruits and sandwiches & bring these with you to the park (saves on having lunch) - then have your early dinner at 5-6 PM. I didn't stay at a hotel tho coz my friend has a condo in Orlando. Oh, for some reasons, it seems to be always showering or drizzling in the afternoons - so bring a parka too.Re: Restaurants --- whatever you want from Italian to Chinese to Greek to Japanese to Mexican and of course, good old American cooking. It's all there! For some dancing, visit the Boardwalk (about 20 min. from Universal)...lots of clubs there open till the wee hrs. of the morning. In fact, I think there's a nearby hotel within walking distance from the Boardwalk.Be sure to visit the outlet mall too. About 25 min. from the airport.Have fun!

I strongly recommend not going with discount sellers in advance. I don't know anything about Keith Prowse, but some discount sellers are scams, and it's not always easy to recognize them. Why not choose the cheapest of the Universal hotels? You'll save money in gas, for sure, and that would make up for any difference. Plus, you'll save money on tickets and be sure that you're getting real-deal tickets for your money.

I just looked at the Keith Prowse web site the prices are in Euros not Dollars unless I am not on the correct site (or unless you are in Europe). I would check the Universal Studios web site directly first. They have a very good deal going on now that is $85 for both parks that is good for 7 days in a row.

Well I don't really know much about the tickets we went through a travel agency but the best hotel in my opinion is Hard Rock Hotel, it may be kind of expensive but boy is it worth it, You have access to citywalk at all times, shops movie theater restaurants galore, plus its right there at the entrance to Universal. Also you get to use your room key as a fast pass, and you get to the front of the line, now you can't beat that! My favorite restaurant was hard rock cafe, nascar cafe is good too. All Star cafe is good but pretty expensive and not my favorite. You will have a wonderful time!! Enjoy!
