Default PANAMA, FLORIDA .ever stayed at cook's motel or coconut grove motor inn?

these are the two cheapest decent-looking hotels i could find for spring break. i just want to compare location, closeness to beach, etc....

They both are on the main strip, which is front beach road, this is real close to the beach. Shops are just around the corner. Oh yea you are going to be close to pier park, PC Beach's new shopping mall.
