Default Plans for Orlando Florida trip?

Me and my husband are going to disney the first week of may. We booked the plane and are going to book the hotel/park admissions by march 31st. What are some tips? ALso they say a bus will pick us up at the airport and take us to our room and take us back to airport? how on time are they, and to know wo get us to airport hour early ect.... ALso how do we catch a bus to go from the value resorts to the parks we want to go? is it easy to figure out which bus is going to which park ect...? we've never been here so i need alot of info, not going through travel bookie, disneys website is very easy to understand. Should we be ok waiting until march to pay for everything and leaving may 4th? they shouldn't be sold out right? also we want to stay at the movie value resort, dont mind the kids running around ect.. just need a cheap place to let us sleep and shower and get ready for the next day!! also i've been reading we can go to any of the expensive resorts for food? is that true

The airport shuttle buses in Orlando are great! You just tell them what time your flights are and they will make sure to get you to the airport in plenty of time.Call the hotel you are staying at and ask them about their shuttle service to the theme parks. They will be able to give you the most accurate information. You can buy your tickets to the theme parks the day of your arrival. The only thing you may want to book in advance might be a character breakfast for the kids or the dinner shows. They do tend to book up and the kids really enjoy them. And yes, you can go to any of the expensive resorts for food. Call ahead if possible but many allow walk-ins.Have a great time!

I don't think it's possible to sell out. The Disney hotels are fun because they're so filled with Disney effect but there are better cheaper places to stay.Biggest travel secret is Name Your Own Price on priceline.comAir, car, and hotel all right there. We saved about 33% on our rental car off the Orbitz price, about 20% off nationally published airfares, and 40% off our hotel all using the feature. On Disney tickets, everyone says you can't save, but they're wrong. Our family saved over $340 on 5-4 day hopper passes. Just visit this site for an ebook (no timeshare or anything creepy - just plain old savings) www.InsiderWDWDeals.com We bought our tickets from Disney directly and were just thrilled. Lots of other great tips on saving time and money and the book had a Money Back Guarantee, so I said what the heck.

Staying at Disney is always a plus. Disney has its own bus service from the airport to the hotel and the other way around. Yes, I think the Disney website is the best way to buy everything packaed so when you get here everything is set.The bus is called Disneys Magical Express. If I am not mistaken they pull luggage too so you dont have to to go baggage claim. If you still havnt reserved I recommend the Pop century resort its much newer and in the middle of the parks. Movies is all the way at the end and with kids you dont want a long bus ride.Once at your hotel the bus stop and the buses are clearly marked where they are going Magic kingdom Epcot Disney's Hollywood studios Downtown Disney / Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard beach...Yes, you can visit other hotels enjoy

You could stay in a hotel room at Disney (that's) what we did on a special last year....but take my advice and try "Mike Ditka's Runaway Beach Club"....it is the same price as a hotel room or cheaper....and it is huge cottages. Talk about being able to relax and spread out after being at Disney...it was great. The kids were running all over the place. We saved money this time, bought cereal and milk...kids ate in the huge kitchen in our cottage. I tell you, for the price of a hotel room, you can stay in this big cottage...and it is a blessing..all the kids have their own TV's...our cottage came w/a loft where the kids even had a playstation and foos ball table. It was great. I won't take the kids and stay in a hotel room again. This was cheaper and much easier on us, as parents! The resort had a bus that took us to Disney too and it was free.
