There is not just one "cheapest flight" flying anywhere!The "cheapest" flight depends on what day and time you will be traveling. The price varies as there are many fare catagories for each flight. Once all the cheap seats are purchased, then all that is left are the pricier ones.Who will have the cheapest seats left unsold for your travel date when you call is a crap shoot. You can only compare all airlines on a given route between your cities on a given day. The cheapest airline flight on a certain date may not be on another.
